The Great Cork Bake Off returns for 2019. Do you have what it takes to be crowned this year's Great Cork Bake Off Champion?
We are looking for the very best Irish bakers and cake decorators to compete in this year's Great Cork Bake Off at The Cork Baking & Chocolate Weekend.
We will carefully select our finalists who will be judged at the Great Cork Bake Off on 24 November 2019.

You will need to create a completely edible Christmas themed “Showstopper” and bring it to be judged by the one and only Mr. Paul Kelly on the 24th November 2019 at the Cork International Hotel

TERMS & CONDITIONS 2019
All applicants must be amateur bakers (Amateur bakers are defined as those who do not and have not in the past received payment for their baked goods)
All entrants must be over 18
All bakes must be delivered by 10 am on Sunday the 24th
Showstoppers must be Christmas themed, all elements must be edible and must be cake based and have at least two tiers
Bakes will be stored within a heated (room temperature) marquee for display at between 19-23 degrees, please ensure that they are able to sustain display for a minimum of 4 hours
The baker must be present for the judging from 11:45 am to 2 pm on Sunday 24th of November
