 Dominika Dobek (everyone knows her as Domy ) is an award-winning cake designer, author and head of Sweet Revolutions By Domy company.
Domy has her own brand of Face and Body moulds that for a few years now are very popular and are on sale all over the world.
Her passion for sugarpaste was born 4 years ago and from then now she became a professional cake artist specialized in modelling
Domy has taught sugar art skill to students around the world for many years and loves sharing her knowledge
She is currently based in Dublin, Ireland

Vera Miklas is based in Tipperary where she produces high quality modelling chocolate.

Modelling chocolate is super versatile paste and it works like edible chocolate playdough. It’s used for sculpted cakes, modelling figures, flowers, bows and lots of other cake decorations.  It’s pliable, easy to work with, blends easily, tastes and smells divine!

Vera also developed 3 modelling chocolate kits Bear, Lion and Monkey. They are perfect as a gift for budding chefs and beginners to cake decorating. Also ideal for children’s parties.

 

Recently Vera introduced a range of freeze dried fruit which is very popular with bakers and cake decorators. They are great to add flavour and colour to buttercream, make excellent decorations and look excellent on chocolate.
