Miriam Pearson has over 30 years experience, competing worldwide and earning 200+ awards, including an Olympic Silver Medal at the World Food Olympics and a European Cup Medal at the European Bakery Cup. She is the only Irish person to represent her country with chefs at the Culinary Olympics and team of bakers at the European Bakery Cup.
